The current count is 1 Tiger fish (so much for the school - of Tiger fish at least) and 10 goldfish. If they keep dropping like flies, I'd rather have .13 cent goldfish even if they do dirty up the tank faster. The girls have nick named the goldfish "goldies".
Speaking of "dropping like flies"...Do you know the average life expectancy of a fly? Well Wiki says that an adult fly rarely lives more than a few days. The weather is starting to get slightly warmer, slightly. So, flies are coming around again. The girls love catching flies for their bug catcher. Ana is a pretty good pet keeper. Her flies live about 2-3 days each. She usually feeds them apples and sleeps with them every night. Because of her little cough she woke herself up at 3am last night and came in and asked if it was morning yet...she brought her blankie and pet fly. She is such a cutie. All pet flies are named Hermie.
